Wine Purchases
All wine is available for purchase at tonight’s event. You will find a member sign-in sheet at each tasting area. Please, fill out your name and member number with the requested wine. It is very important that you list the exact name of the wine and not just the winery name. Many of the wines will be offered as different varietals so we need to know the exact name. Also, wine can only be purchased by the case. The discount pricing is only offered as a case purchase. Many of the wines are offered as 6pack while others will be a 12 pack. You can always split a case with another member. Pick-ups will be available in a few weeks after the event. It takes some time for all the wine to be delivered and sorted. If you receive an emailed receipt for your purchase that is our way of telling you that your wine is available for pick-up. Pick-ups can be done by calling the Canyon Clubhouse between 9am- 4pm daily (928) 525-1100. Your wine will be at stored for pick- up at the back of the Canyon Clubhouse in our Liquor Garage on Golf Lane. Wine will only be stored for 60 days.
