LEADERSHIP

On behalf of the club, I am pleased to share positive updates on both our new capital and reserve projects. The Covered Bridge Pavilion, Tennis Pavilion, and Wastewater Treatment Plant Roof Repair capital projects are effectively complete. We still have a few minor details to finalize with the Covered Bridge Pavilion, and the exterior landscaping phase will be completed over the next month at the Tennis Pavilion. Our ongoing capital projects include the addition of a second 500,000-gallon potable water tank adjacent to our Canyon Course 2nd hole, along with a new 300,000-gallon effluent water tank to be added next to our current wastewater treatment plant. These projects are part of our commitment to continuously improving our infrastructure to provide the best possible facilities and offerings for our community membership. Effective communication is a key ingredient to executing a successful summer season. To enhance our communication efficiency, we adopted and launched Clubster, a cutting-edge private communication platform, on May 1st. I would like to thank those who have already subscribed to the new platform and encourage those who have not yet done so. We intend for Clubster to keep you informed about community events, updates, important announcements, and allow us to share content proudly from past events. Additionally, our leadership team members have prioritized internal team communication to ensure that every staff member is well-informed, accurately aware of club operations, and therefore overly responsive to your needs.
