PERSONAL TRAINING Whether your goal is general health, injury rehabilitation, weight loss, flexibility, or strength gains, we are here to guide you in reaching your goals safely and effectively. Contact fitness@fhgc.com for inquiries. We are excited to introduce our personal training staff for the season.

The thermal cover will remain on to conserve heat, please feel free to remove it or ask a recreation staff for assistance. Towels are located in the Pool Host Stand. Dispose of used towels in the “Dirty Towel Bins’’ located at the Pool Deck entrance & exit. Pets are not allowed on the Pool Deck, except if they are leashed at the temporary dog parking zone available at the Peaks Café’ (Recreation Center) from 7:00 – 9:00am if picking up coffee or breakfast to go. Smoking is prohibited on the pool deck. GROUP FITNESS CLASSES Please be sure to always check the location of your class and be sure to register online for all classes and cancel within 24 hours when possible. Classes with 0 sign ups will be canceled by 5pm the night before. Classes and locations are subject to change.

MICHELLE BAGGS: A seasoned personal trainer with over a decade of experience, Michelle specializes in customized programs focusing on strength training, powerlifting, and overall fitness. With a background as a paramedic, she emphasizes the importance of nutrition and recovery for optimal results. PAUL CAIN: With qualifications in Golf Fitness and a Bachelor’s in Fitness and Wellness, Paul brings extensive experience in personal training and working with athletes in various sports. Outside of training, he enjoys outdoor activities and runs a tree service company as an arborist. LAUREN ALDRIDGE: A local graduate with a passion for fitness, Lauren offers diverse training modalities and group fitness classes, drawing from her love for outdoor activities like hiking and snowboarding. She also enjoys reading, exploring local coffee shops, and traveling. NOAH COFFLER: A certified NASM personal trainer, studying Fitness Wellness and Nutrition at NAU. Raised in an athletic household, he is passionate about health and fitness. Noah helps clients achieve their goals safely and sustainably, believing in the body’s incredible potential. HARRY STERLING: An ACE-certified personal trainer with CPR and Lifesaving certifications from the Red Cross. He holds a BS in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University and has experience in various fitness and medical settings. Harry specializes in weight loss, strength gains, and overall health improvement.

Beginning June 1st any cancellations within 12 hours or less, or no shows to group classes will result in a $15 fee or full charge for the class!! Please make sure to cancel your sign up if you won’t be able to attend!
