SECURITY

DWELLINGLIVE “RESIDENT/GUEST” ONLINE PROGRAM – REVIEW & LIST CLEAN UP Thank you to the many members that have worked with Security on a community Guest/Visitor list cleanup project in the past. It is believed at a minimum an annual maintenance/review of guest lists creates reliable lists and minimizes unauthorized community entry. Security has begun a review of guest lists and in April if your list is found to be extensive, a copy of your list will be emailed with suggestions on how to reduce the list and manage going forward. A few quick tips when using your dwellingLIVE account: 1. Consider using the “PERMANENT” guest option for only family members and a few regular contractors such as a cleaning company and a handyman; and 2. Contact Security to establish your own personal dwellingLIVE account so you can maintain your own list. The account can be arranged by emailing security@fhgc.com and asking to set up the account; please provide your member number when requesting the account.

HAVE YOUR HOME READY – PLAN AHEAD

If you or guests have plans to visit your Forest Highlands home and would like something done prior to arrival, please contact the Security Department in advance. Contacting the Security Department in advance will prevent a “same day service fee” and help the Security Department manage other requests made by other Members. Most important, advanced services requests allow for items to be completed prior to your arrival, thus minimizing potential delay of services when requested at the time of entering Forest Highlands. Examples of services are water turned on, thermostats adjusted up/down and water heaters turned to hot. Service Requests can be made by email or a phone call: security@fhgc.com or 928.525.9090.

BULKY TRASH & RECYCLING ITEMS

For members only, large items that do not fit in trash receptacles, there are dumpsters available at the Public Works yard. The hours are M-F from 7:00-3:00 and weekends from 8:00-1:00. Also, for members only, there are recycling bins located behind the Highlands Fire Station. Please do not throw trash in dumpsters not belonging to or part of a home build or remodel on another property.
