SPOTLIGHT ON COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE Our Common Area Maintenance team and Utility team worked together to set up tents for the Memorial Day weekend events at Canyon Clubhouse. The tents ranged in size from 40’x60’ to 15’x15’, and our team set up a total of nine tents. Much of the behind-the-scenes work for events around the property is done in-house by Miguel Parra’s Common Area Maintenance Team. Many of the special touches that make an event fun are created by our team. For instance, if you attended the Memorial Day weekend celebration two years ago and remember the Noodle Luge, that was one of the unique additions made by our team.

The next time you’re at an event, take a quick look around, and you’ll likely notice all the fun details our departments add to make your events special.
