EDDIE UNPLUGGED AT THE CANYON The Eddie Unplugged Experience is unique to Forest Highlands and exclusively offered only to our members. A 5-course dinner using only a box of ingredients supplied by his culinary team. Eddie will have no idea what is inside the box and will come up with a menu once he opens it. Members absolutely love watching how Chef Eddie's mind works as he comes up with a beautiful menu, right in front of your eyes! TICKET DISPUTES If you are emailed an erroneous ticket receipt
from Food & Beverage, the easiest way to rectify it quickly is to simply reply to the email. The ticket will then go to the manager in that area. The manager will then be able to make the correction within the same day. You can always reply to the emailed ticket at a later date and the manager will still be able to look the ticket up but we may have to adjust your account depending upon the time frame of the receipt. If you do not notice the erroneous charge till you receive your monthly statement, you can contact the administration office and they will create a ticket dispute that we will then investigate.
