MEMBER SURVEY DINING SECTION

We are continuing to share highlights from the Member Survey in the monthly VIP. This month we are featuring excerpts from Section 4 on the Dining Operation. As a quick reminder, 694 individuals responded to the survey representing 517 households or 61% of our 860 memberships. Of the total survey responses, 590 individuals completed the questions in this section and 208 provided written comments.

Satisfaction with Dining Aspects

- Members are very satisfied with most aspects of dining, both at the Meadowandat theCanyonClubhouse, in fact the ratings for dining at the two clubhouses are almost identical. Three key areas of very high member satisfaction at both locations are the staff professionalism/training, the quality of the food and the meal-to- meal consistency of the food. The only slightly-elevated dissatisfaction percentages (12% to 17%) are for the availability of outdoor dining reservations, the value of the food for the price, the menu variety and the days of operation. All ratings exceed the comparison against other clubs. Comments in this section included a desire for more outdoor seating which we are addressing at both clubhouses with additional outdoor seating areas and requests for gluten free, lighter and healthymenu options which have been incorporated into the lunch and dinner menus along with featured specials throughout the summer.
