I like to use this forum to communicate any changes taking place for the 2025 Season and Highlight some areas that may be of interest for the 2025 Season.

First and foremost, I want to congratulate Chef Frederick Miller as our new Executive Chef. His culinary talents, creativity and leadership will help to ensure we have a spectacular 2025 F&B Season. I am also pleased to welcome Chef Matthew Cariveau as the new Executive Sous Chef at the Canyon. Chef Matthew has an extensive culinary background throughout the Southwest. I’m excited to have him join the team and look forward to the creativity and expertise he will bring to our Canyon dining experience. Chef Mike Nelson and Chef Rick Reyes will lead the Meadow Culinary Team this summer. I’m thrilled about the exceptional culinary team we have at Forest Highlands, and I can’t wait for you to experience the incredible creations we’ve prepared for this summer. The dining hours of operations at both clubhouses will be quite similar to last year. The Canyon will have a new event on Monday nights. Mondays will now be Sushi Night at the Canyon and our culinary team will have a Sushi Bar set up on our covered patio area. The Canyon will also have a Lounge Menu available every day from 3:00- 5:00 PM to accommodate any golfers who may want food between the lunch and dinner hours.

A note about the Canyon Dress Code, the Canyon Dining Room serves as the club’s premier elegant dining facility,and the House Committee is committed to maintaining its formal atmosphere for members who wish to enjoy a refined dining experience. As such, shorts will not be permitted in the dining room during dinner service. While shorts are perfectly appropriate for the patio and lounge areas, they are not allowed in the main dining room. For more details, please refer to Section 2.9 of the FHA Rules
