DINING AT THE CANYON

Welcome to the Canyon, where you will find an elevated dining experience in a chef driven kitchen, offering creativity and flexibility with traditional selections, but also adventurous choices! The Canyon will offer different weekly features created to showcase freshly sourced products found by our Chefs. The Chefs work hard to ensure we have classic dishes available, but often with a creative twist to add some Forest Highlands originality. Some of the extraordinary creations you’ll see coming out of our kitchen include succulent raw oyster specials, artisan, house-made pasta dishes, and fresh-caught seafood, sourced from only our most trusted and selective purveyors. To round out your dining experience, indulge in our imaginative desserts created by our own pastry Chef Alfonzo, where creativity meets decadence, providing the perfect sweet finale to your meal.

Forest Highlands may not have a Chef Table yet, but you will see our Chefs in the dining room carving tomahawk steaks, shucking oysters, or de-shelling a #5 lobster tableside. The Canyon also offers an extensive wine and beverage list available with great selections to pair with any of the Chef’s creative dishes. Those looking for a relaxed casual experience can have a great experience in our lounge and patio area. Members looking for a more elegant evening can enjoy the more formal dining room. The Canyon strives to offer a 5-star dining experience with exceptional service provided by experienced professionals in an elegant atmosphere. The Canyon has attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff who will anticipate your every need when dining at the club.
