DINING POLICIES

DINING RESERVATIONS The dining rooms experience high demand during the dinner periods in the summer. Reservations are strongly advised, they are the sole method to ensure a spot in the dining room. Dining reservations can only be made one week in advance. This policy is in place to provide all members with an equal opportunity to utilize the dining facilities throughout the summer. Your reservation secures a time slot in the dining room, not a specific "table." To maintain a smooth flow of members in the dining room at any given time, the food and beverage team must have control over the number of people arriving simultaneously. The kitchen, bar, and service staff can only accommodate a certain number of guests at once. As a walk-in diner, you might notice empty tables in the dining room, and it may be unclear as to why you are asked to wait before being seated. The reason is our necessity to regulate the flow of diners at any given time. We appreciate your understanding and patience if we request you to wait.

DINING CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY Any reservations canceled within 24 hours, or any reductions to parties of 6 or more will incur a no-show/late cancellation fee of $10 per person. HOLIDAY WEEKEND DINING CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY Any reservations canceled within 48 hours, or any reductions to parties of 6 or more will incur a no-show/late cancellation fee of $20 per person.

GRATUITY POLICY Increases in the minimum hourly wage in Flagstaff over the past several years now means that the hourly wages paid to the dining staff are sufficient so that the servers are not dependent on either service charges or gratuities to supplement their earnings. There is an optional gratuity line on all Food & Beverage receipts for those members who feel that “exceptional service” warrants a specific server to receive a tip that is over and above their hourly wage, however it is entirely optional and not expected. TICKET DISPUTES If members need to dispute a dining ticket, the easiest way is to simply reply to the emailed ticket receipt. A manager will review the dispute within 24 hours to rectify any errors.
