The app is a convenient alternative to calling the Security Gatehouse when you are registering visitors (guests or contractors) to your home. After entering names of one of the visitors, it is important to use the NOTES
section. Under notes, indicate three messages below: 1. "Send in" - this will allow community access only.
2. "Escort" - Security will meet your visitor at your home and assist the home entry by unlocking the home and disarming the alarm system if set. An escort approach is used when you do not want to give a key to your visitor; Once your visitor leaves your home, Security returns and rearms the home alarm if such is needed. 3."Key access" - this allows Security to provide your visitor a key. Security will disarm the alarm system if needed and will later rearm the home upon the visitor returning the key to the Security Gatehouse.
