Based on requests from a few FH Members, the Security Department will provide a couple of options to have mail picked up and delivered to your home. The primary objective is to prevent the USPS closing a mailbox due to it being full, resulting in the mail taken and held at the Post Office.

Security monitors 911 dispatches and responds to emergencies for the purpose of supporting emergency first responders and members/guest/employees. If you have questions or want to provide information to Security, below are contact options: Security Gatehouse: 928-525-9090 Email: security@fhgc.com
To arrange the services a contract is needed for the mail delivery. To sign up for either service, please email gatehouse@fhgc.com and note what service you would like. Upon receipt of a request a contract/form will be provided to arrange your requested services.

SOLD A VEHICLE or CHANGED A WINDSHIELD?

Please help the Security Department update your electronic dwellingLIVE resident/guest profile. A few reasons records are inaccurate:
• A new vehicle is purchased and someone moves a transponder from the sold vehicle to the purchased vehicle. It is important to update Security with the vehicle(s) change • Windshield replacement. It is important to let Security know the transponder was not taken off the replaced windshield because the transponder remains active and could be used for unauthorized access into Forest Highlands • Acquiring a vehicle and placing a new transponder on the vehicle; normally this means a vehicle has been sold. It is important to update Security so the sold vehicle can be removed from your personal dwellingLIVE profile. This type of action prevents unauthorized access to Forest Highlands
