MICHELLE BAGGS: A seasoned personal trainer with over a decade of experience, Michelle specializes in customized programs focusing on strength training, powerlifting, and overall fitness. With a background as a paramedic, she emphasizes the importance of nutrition and recovery for optimal results. PAUL CAIN: With qualifications in Golf Fitness and a Bachelor’s in Fitness and Wellness, Paul brings extensive experience in personal training and working with athletes in various sports. Outside of training, he enjoys outdoor activities and runs a tree service company as an arborist. LAUREN ALDRIDGE: A local graduate with a passion for fitness, Lauren offers diverse training modalities and group fitness classes, drawing from her love for outdoor activities like hiking and snowboarding. She also enjoys reading, exploring local coffee shops, and traveling. NOAH COFFLER: A certified NASM personal trainer, studying Fitness Wellness and Nutrition at NAU. Raised in an athletic household, he is passionate about health and fitness. Noah helps clients achieve their goals safely and sustainably, believing in the body’s incredible potential.
