The Design Review Committee is utilizing a web-based program to review applications which will increase transparency and efficiency.
HOW TO POST AN AD
All Design Review requests should be submitted through the online ARC Request program. You can find the link by visiting members.fhgc.com , login, click HOA at the top of the page, then click on Design Review in the Quick Links. OR use the button below to be directed to the page:

All project submissions are due by the 10th. Submissions after the 10th will be reviewed in the following month. Small projects like paint and landscape typically have a much

Use the Project Type drop down menu to select the type of project, add any additional details like start date, and upload your plans, and click Submit . After you submit the application, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt and containing a link to track the live status of your application. Please retain this email to track your application. You will be notified as the application moves through the process and when a decision is made.
