Forest Highlands Education and Amateur Golf Organization FH Education & Amateur Golf Organization (FHEAGO) has committed to provide scholarships to employees of The Forest Highlands Association (known as Forest Highlands Golf Club) and the children of such employees, as well as to any other individuals deemed deserving. All scholarships will be awarded on an objective and non-discriminatory basis. The FHEAGO will also be utilized from time to time to put on tournaments for the USGA (2019 U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur). We have so many events, clinics and programs planned for you, your families and your friends! We want you to be able to relax and enjoy when you are here. We work hard to ensure that your experience is effortless and rewarding. Join us for a Skins Game or a quick Clinic. It’s as easy as logging on to the members.fhgc.com website and signing up for an event or tee time. You can also find the Forest Highlands App on the Apple Store or Google Play. If you prefer we also have the Foretees app setup so you can make all of your tee times and golf event signups there. Contact the Golf Shop for help setting up your Foretees App. Get to know your Golf Professional Staff by stopping in at the Canyon or Meadow golf shop, where you’ll always find a friendly smile to greet you. While you’re there take a look at the new apparel and gear. We spent a good portion of the winter choosing styles and equipment that is sure to work for you. Golf Professional Staff

Cancellation Policy Between May 25 and September 2, members who have reserved a starting time on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or on Holidays, will be required to cancel or make accurate player adjustments to their starting times 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify the golf shop of any cancellations will result in an 18-hole cart fee and/or any other applicable guest fee being charged to your account. Golf Course and Practice Facilities Attire Proper attire and footwear are required on the golf course and practice facilities at all times. • Cargo pants/shorts that are designed for golf are permitted with the stipulation that all attire must be neat. Cargo pants/shorts that are designed for and intended to be worn for hiking (excessively large and protruding pockets) are not permitted. • Denim blue jeans, t-shirts, tank tops, halter-tops, tennis skirts, swim wear, gym shorts and cut-off shorts are not permitted on the practice facilities, driving ranges, or golf courses. • Collared shirts are required, mock turtlenecks with a 1/2” finished collar are permitted. • Women’s “Racer Back” shirts must have a golf type collar. • Shirts that are designed for and intended to be worn untucked are permitted providing those shirts are neat in appearance. Shirts that are permitted under this rule should have a finished hem that is of consistent/even length.

Use of Golf Courses • Players must register in the Golf Shop or with the Starter before starting play. • A normal round of golf for a foursome (18 holes) should be played in 4:10 or less. • Repair any ball mark on the green caused by an approach shot. • Each player must have his or her own clubs and bag. • The practice facilities are reserved for members only. Guests may use the practice facilities when preparing for a round • Practice balls are not allowed for personal use on the golf course. Guest Play Guests playing with members will be charged a Guest Fee, and it is the responsibility of each member to register all guests in the Golf Shop. • Guests are restricted from play on the golf courses before 10:00am every day of the week throughout the season. Last year was a great year for us with many positive changes to our culinary offerings and some creativity twists from Chef Eddie Matney and his culinary team. Welcome to the 2019 Season here at Forest Highlands! Everyone in the Recreation Department is elated for this summer season, when we get a chance to see all the familiar faces and meet all the new Members. We have been busy this winter not only completing Concierge services, working on capital projects, hosting winter activities but also planning the upcoming summer events. We hope to give Members of all ages an unforgettable summer with lasting memories for the whole family through the programs and services we offer. We encourage you to try one of our new offerings or one of the traditional programs that have proven to be Members favorites. It is our goal to bring the community of Forest Highlands together! Shuttle Service The Recreation 14 - passenger vans may be requested for rental for special events or functions that have been organized by Forest Highlands Members. The Recreation Director or General Manager must approve requests at least 48 hours in advance Snow Removal The Recreation Department is equipped for snow removal in the winter season. Recreation snow removal is not an emergency service. Members may book snow removal through the members.fhgc.com website or by calling the Recreation Department: 928-525-9792 Dog Walking / Pet Sitting Some of the services offered: Dog walking, pet feeding, overnight animal care (in home ONLY). Babysitting The Recreation Department will have staff for the sole purpose of meeting the babysitting needs of Forest Highland’s Members. Sitter staff are available anytime, day or evening. House Cleaning Let the Recreation Department take care of the responsibility and mess that comes with owning a home. Just a few of the services offered: Vacuuming, washing dishes, sweeping floors, laundering sheets, cleaning and scrubbing counters, dusting surfaces, etc. Yard Work Some of the services offered: Pine needle raking/bagging, weed whacking/ pulling, debris removal, deck cleaning/power washing. Northern Arizona Tours *NEW* Recreation is partnering with an up and coming tour company in town for tours all over Northern Arizona. Please call Recreation for details and special Member pricing! Other Concierge Services For more Concierge Services through the Recreation Department please visit the members.fhgc.com website under the Recreation dropdown menu: Recreation > Recreation Services All Concierge Service charges are payable through your membership account. Please do not pay cash to Concierge Staff. Recreation Programs and Facilities

Program Reservations Reservations are required for all recreation programs and services and must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the start time for the specific program or service. Kids Camp & Recreation Programs Kids Camp and other programs are available to children 4 years and older who are out of diapers (potty trained). Children age 2 and 3, and who are out of diapers (potty trained), may attend Kids Camp with a Counselor in Training (CIT). For more information on CIT’s contact Recreation. Individual programs may have specific requirements. Printed copies of requirements are available at the Recreation Center. Campers must be suitably dressed for camp. In the interest of safety, children should wear sneakers or non-marking rubber-soled shoes for outdoor/tennis play. To promote a sense of community and for ease of identification, children are encouraged to wear Forest Highlands camp T-shirts or polo shirts. Clothing that refers to tobacco, alcohol, drugs, sex or violence or that is gang-related is not permitted. Potty Policy Forest Highlands Recreation is not a licensed daycare facility and, as such, is not equipped to handle soiled clothing. Should a child soil clothing, the parents will be contacted to bring a change of clothing and re-dress the child or remove the child from camp. Before and After Care Program If a child is dropped off or is not picked up within 10 minutes of the beginning or end of a program, a babysitting fee of 1 hour for each child will be charged to the membership account. Where can you find us? The Recreation Facilities are located near the Meadow pool and next to the Meadow Clubhouse. The Pinecone Kid’s Center is connected to the Kid’s Playground. The Aspen Recreation Center is connected to the Meadow Pool, and the Family Recreation Center has the café and the arcade with pac-man, pinball, shuffle board and much more! Did You Know? • The Pro Shop will match or beat any racquet or pickleball paddle price, so please speak to Tennis Director Nicole Chambers • The Tennis Director will make sure that you have the right equipment for your game. Please contact Nicole for a consultation. • We offer string repair within 48 hours and can do same day repair for an additonal fee. Grip replacements can be done same day. • Racquet strings should be repaired to match the season and playing conditions. Using the correct string for your game and the correct tension for the climate and elevation, makes all the difference. • We can arrange any demo racquet within the large name companies within 24 hours for a $20 demo fee. You will receive 3 racquets to demo for 3 days. • Need new clothes? We offer logo tennis shirts, hats and visors. We also carry tennis shoes, (T22 - the top selling shoe on the market), tennis / pickleball bags and injury gear. Pickleball

Prohibited Court Use Skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, and bicycles are not permitted on the Tennis Courts at any time. Bicycles must be placed in the bike rack away from the Tennis Courts. Court Bookings Tennis court bookings are recommended and take priority over drop-in court play. Bookings can be made on the members.fhgc.com website under the Tennis dropdown menu or by contacting the Tennis Pavilion (928) 525-5225. One court can be registered at a time by a Member free of charge. If a Member wishes to book additional courts, a court booking fee will be applied. Tennis Attire All members and their guestsmust wear appropriate tennis attire. No jeans, vests and similar dress will be permitted. Shirts must be worn at all times. Only shoes designed to wear on a tennis court are acceptable. Black marking tennis shoes and golf shoes will damage the courts. Those that are not wearing proper attire will be asked to leave the courts. Tennis Guest Play Guests using the tennis facility must be accompanied by a Member, have obtained a Guest Card through the Administration Office prior to use, or be enrolled in a program for the benefit of the membership. Tennis Lessons Lessons, private lessons and clinics are available throughout the season. Please contact the Director of Tennis to book.

Pickleball Introduction Pickleball is a wonderful game for the entire family! It is easy to learn, gentle on the body and guaranteed to make you smile. It is a combination of tennis, table tennis and badmington played on a short court. This season, we have scheduled drop- in time for level development. We will have a staff person on hand during the beginner drop-in to get you started on this exciting adventure. Just Dink it! Court Booking Private court bookings can be made outside of programming times. There are two pickleball courts available for private play. If you wish to book both courts under a single membership, an additional booking fee applies.

Season Long Match Play Begins Monday, May 27 Cost: $50 per team $50 per individual match play

Men’s Individual, Ladies Individual and Men’s Team match play. Compete against fellow members throughout the summer to try and be crowned 2019 Match Play Champion.
