Registration Policy Please make sure your BBQ reservations are correct prior to attending the bbq! Day of additions will be charged day-of pricing and any day-of cancellations will now be charged full price. Preferred Seating for the Labor Day BBQ The silent auction for the Canyon Patio tables has been a huge success! We are now going to offer tent seating and include additional tables under our large tent along with patio seating for the auction. If you are interested in reserving patio seating or tent seating during our Labor Day BBQ on September 4th, please call the Canyon Concierge and give your name, member number, number of seats you are requesting (no more than 10 per entry), and your auction dollar amount. (This will be the total amount you pay for the table so the value of the table is totally determined by you.) Then let us know if you would like a table on the patio or under the tent. The auction starts on August 21st, and we will be taking bids at that time. On Wednesday, August 31st we will select the highest bids until all tables are sold out. Winners will be notified no later than Friday, September 2nd. Top bidders win! Visit the Canyon Clubhouse concierge desk to place your bids or call 928-525-1100 to place over the phone. All money raised will be donated to the Forest Highlands Foundation.

The end of summer never tasted so delicious! It's our final bbq of the season and Chef Eddie will feature his signature food stations one last time. We will bring back the Lucky Devils Band to keep you dancing all night! Be sure to register early to get early bird pricing.

Hole 1 Cafe will be open 8am - 2pm. There will be no Canyon lunch service so that we can set up for the BBQ.
