The Eddie Unplugged Experience is unique to Forest Highlands and exclusively offered only to our members. Watch as Eddie prepares a 5-course dinner using only a box of ingredients supplied by his culinary team. Eddie will have no idea what is inside the box and will come up with a menu once he opens it. Members absolutely love watching how Chef Eddie's mind works as he comes up with a beautiful menu, right in front of your eyes!
