OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP
When Fridays at 8am AND Sundays at 9am
A mix of traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training included. No workout will be the same, and every workout will challenge you! Equipment will vary each class, but you can expect to use weights, bands, balls, and more! Difficulty level is moderate/hard, but modifications are offered.

Class Description: This is a one hour group class that focuses on golf-specific muscular strength, stability and balance, postural control and the development of power. Designed to help increase club head speed through a powerful turn and improved hip mobility to start hitting the ball straighter and farther. Another key area is core strength training for a balanced set up and a more consistent, stabilized swing.
Please be sure to always check the location of your class and be sure to register online for all classes and cancel within 24 hours when possible. In case of inclement weather, outdoor classes will be moved indoors when possible or canceled if an indoor location is not available. You can also sign up for text messages for Fitness and Spa updates, by texting fhgcfitness to 40691.
There is a $15 fee per person per class and spots are limited to 6 participants so make sure you sign up online to save your spot!
