BIKE & SCOOTER SAFETY Bike & Scooter safety - Don’t forget important safety rules while enjoying the outdoors this Summer. Here are a few tips to keep in mind while using the roads or trails on property:
Get acquainted with traffic laws; scooters and bicyclists must follow the same rules as motorists
Use hand signals when turning and use extra care at intersections
Always wear a helmet!
Ride single-file in the direction of traffic
Remain alert, keep your head up and look around; watch for opening car doors and other hazards
Before entering traffic, stop and look left, right, left again and over your shoulder

DAY OF CONCIERGE FEE All Requests should be made 24 hours in advance. For those requests that are asked and met under the 24 hour mark, will be charged a “Day of” fee of $15.
