Dear Members, What a beautiful summer it has been with gorgeous tennis weather, plenty of opportunities to play and certainly a busy time at the courts. For several of our members, school starts in August, which means we will move to a reduced weekly program. Our Pro’s will still be available for privates and small group lessons. We will be adding weekend programming to accommodate those that visit on the weekends and for our full time members. July was a busy month for events and we had a great showing in both our Wimbledon Doubles Challenge on July 2nd as well as our World Team Tennis Event on July 16th. Congratulations to Joey and Katy Foster who won the Mixed Doubles event against runner-up team, Eric and Karen Engstrom. On the Doubles side, the winners were Leanne Mariano and Catherine Vanross against the runner-up team of Danna Carney and Sarah DeCaussin. Of course strawberries and cream was “served” along with a delicious spread by Chef Eddie! On the World Team Tennis front, Team Hagerman took the “bragging” rights in this always fun filled event.
UPCOMING EVENTS ADULT BOOTCAMP WEEKENDS Available August – October
Bring your team or friends up for a weekend of drills and round robin matches while you enjoy some team bonding. You can book a shuttle into town; arrange a privately catered event at the courts or your home along with arranging massages and more. Spots go quickly so please contact Director, Nicole Chambers at nchambers@fhg.com to book your team experience. COST: TBD based on team size and clinic requirements LADIES MEMBER/GUEST September 23 – 25th Our Member/Guest is a fun team event that takes place over three days. You will play in a round robin against the other 7 teams registered. A cocktail party will follow play on Friday at 4pm, followed by an 8am start on Saturday. Lunch will be served while watching a Pro Exhibition match. The event finishes on Sunday at noon with plenty of time to make it back home. Registration: FULL (we may have teams drop-out, so please reach out to Director Nicole Chambers at nchambers@fhg.com should you wish to be placed on the wait list.

August and September are popular months for our Forest Highlands Team Boot-Camps. Come and enjoy this beautiful time of the year with your team while we drill you on the courts and you get to spend quality time off the court.. If we have less, we will offer a private lesson.
