The Food and Beverage Team wants to welcome everyone to the 2022 season. The 2021 season was our busiest season ever and we anticipate similar turnouts for this coming summer.
The Event Calendar is not only a great way to see all of the activities and events for the summer but it also a good opportunity to start making plans with families and friends for the summer. That means reservations and registration are a key element in making sure you can attend events and enjoy our dining facilities.

Reservations for all meal periods at both Clubhouses are highly recommended. All dining reservations may only be made one week in advance. This is to give everyone an oppor tunity to use the dining facilities throughout the summer.
NOTEWORTHY CHANGES The “Smokey in Pines” BBQ will be back again this summer but will now be open during the day. You will be able to enjoy delicious BBQ sandwiches while recreating at the Sports Park or while practicing on the driving range. Of course, this great BBQ outlet will continue to offer unforgettable take-out every weekend evening. Our “Food Truck” will also be back this summer though with a few changes. You will now find the Food Truck at the Meadow Sports Park every Monday–Wednesday, 4 –7pm. Every week there will be a new food theme offered so there will be plenty of variety available.Tacos, Sliders and Fried Chicken will be some of the featured themes.

Everyone’s favorite baker is BACK! Kassidy’s Kafe will continue making Flagstaff’s best BAGELS every weekend this summer, along with some delicious new bakery treats. The Kafé will remain located at the Canyon porte-cochere for pre-order pick-ups and take-out orders. The calendar of events is great first look at the 2022 season but it is also very important to read your weekly emails for any event changes or event additions throughout the summer. Chef Eddie is always coming up with some new incredible food creations and surprise pop-up events. Don’t forget to sign up for our dining texts to learn of any last minute changes or events.
