Gratuity Policy All service staff are paid above the required minimum wage and the club no longer charges a service fee to compensate the Food and Beverage staff. An “optional” gratuity line appears on all POS tickets for members wishing to reward a service staff member for “outstanding” service. All gratuities will be distributed only to the service staff person(s) designated by the member. Ticket Disputes If members need to dispute a dining ticket, charges can be disputed the next day by emailing the F&B manager or replying to your ticket receipt.

Registrations for all Special Events can be made star ting on April 29th and cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.

Wine Dinner registrations must be made 30 days in advance and cancellations must be made 7 days before the event . All Wine Dinner registration opens 30 days before the event .
