CONCIERGE OFFICE HOURS Daily • 9am - 5pm
Please allow 24 - 48 to acquire availability for your request. Please note that Forest Highlands Recreation can not fill concierge requests within 24 hours. CONCIERGE SERVICES All Services can be requested online at fhgc.com under Recreation Services. DAY OF CONCIERGE FEE All Requests should be made 24 hours in advance. For those requests that are asked and met under the 24 hour mark, will be charged a “Day of” fee of $25.

The Winter Season is upon us! Take the hassle out of traveling up the mountain and let us do the driving. Shuttles are booked based on member request and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. Shuttles limited daily! Book now to reserve your shuttle up to the slopes!
The Concierge Department has added a NEW service!
SCREEN WALL INSTALLATION Do you have an uncovered AC Unit that isn’t in compliance with our DRC guidelines? If you do, this service might be for you! The new service follows the approved DRC materials list and is offered at an affordable cost to Members.

Service options and pricing: For “L” shaped unit screen walls: $1600 - $2000 For “U” shaped unit screen walls: $2100 - $2500
