This month's class will feature bourbon cocktails.
Focusing on bourbon Sara will teach you how to pair different mixology ingredients in order to create a new specialty cocktail. The class will conclude with you creating and mixing your own unique cocktail! Snacks and tasting drinks included. $50pp
WINE PICKUP & DELIVERY
AMNESTY PROGRAM Throughout the season a lot of our bar glassware disappears, and our inventory dwindles. We realize our property encompasses a broad area and it is often convenient to take your refreshments home with you. As we head into the fall season, we would greatly appreciate members returning glassware that may have been taken to your home. This will save the club some additional expense in the spring when we have to restock our glass inventory. Please bring your glassware to the Canyon Reservation Desk, the Meadow Host stand or wherever it is convenient. We greatly appreciate the return of any other items that may have been borrowed during the past fun-filled summer. - Mark Thomas
WINE DELIVERY If you have not picked up your wine, you can arrange delivery for $10 a case. WINE PICKUP Starting September 1st, we will charge a monthly $50 storage fee for any wines still not picked up. • Please call the Canyon prior to picking up, 928.525.1100. • Pick up is at the Canyon Food & Beverage garages near the tennis courts on golf lane. • Pick up time is 9am - 4pm daily. NO pick ups available during dinner hours or on holidays.
