Hikes are offered on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. Hikes are led by a FH Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer, and every month we organize one easy hike and one moderate/challenging hike.
There is a shuttle service available or members can choose to drive their own vehicles.
There is no charge for this program, however we do recommend signing up in advance for the hikes on the website or app under Wellness/Fitness Class Registration.
