MAILBOX REMINDER The parcel lockers in the mailroom are at 85% capacity! Please have your mailbox checked as soon as possible to avoid packages being undeliverable or being stored at the Gatehouse.

Please Note: If you receive mail that was intended for another member, please do not leave on the counters in the mailroom. Please place misdelivered mail back into the Outgoing Mail so it can be redelivered to the correct box.
MAIL SERVICES
The Security Department offers a couple of options to have mail picked up and delivered to your home. The primary objective is to prevent the USPS closing a mailbox due to it being full, resulting in the mail taken and held at the Post Office.

Watch for the annual department operating survey links coming via email in the next 3 weeks. There will be a series of emails with links to specific surveys requesting member feedback on the 2023 Season and input for improvements for 2024. Watch your email!

NEW SHORT-TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE APPROVED BY COCONINO COUNTY ARIZONA BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The new ordinance requirements do not change or impact any of the current Rules or CCRs for Forest Highlands but does provide the Association with additional enforcement measures.
