PLAN REQUIREMENTS

SMALL PROJECTS

Submittals are due by the 10th of each month to be reviewed in that month. A project that is submitted on March 8th will be reviewed in March, and a project submitted on March 12th will be reviewed in April.

ONLINE ONLY PLEASE!

Smaller projects such as landscaping, re-paints, dog runs, minor additions and other minor changes can be reviewed weekly by the DRC, typically on Thursdays.

Plan submittals are required to have a digital copy (PDF). Digital copies can be sent to designreview@fhgc.com

DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS

Objects other than yard art that has been approved by the DRC and outdoor furniture, such as children's toys, ping pong tables and the like, shall be stored out of sight of the street, golf courses and neighboring properties when not in use. Outdoor furniture should be kept to a minimum, shall be placed within the building envelope, and shall complement the color of the house and not stand out unreasonably from the natural environment. PLEASE NOTE

All artificial flowers are Not Permitted in the landscape. They are also not permitted in containers on decks, patios, front porches, balconies, or window boxes that can be seen from the golf course or the street.

As per Arizona law (A.R.S. 33-1803) any report of a violation made to the Association will NOT remain anonymous. The person reporting an alleged violation must state their first and last name and this information is required to be sent to the party who is accused of the violation upon written request.
