Meadow Clubhouse President’s Weekend Holiday Dining Schedule February 18 - 21
We had a few staffing changes in our department this winter that I wanted to share with the Forest Highlands Community.
First off, John Hattab resigned his position as the assistant F&B Director at Forest Highlands and has taken a new position as F&B Director at the Country Club of New Bedford in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. We will were all sad to see John leave but happy for him have a new opportunity to grow and develop his career. Haley Edwards has been promoted to Canyon Clubhouse Manager and started her new role back in January. Haley has worked at Forest Highlands for over 5 seasons and has been steadily advancing through our department year after year. Most recently, Haley has been working at the Meadow as the Assistant Food & Beverage manager where she has excelled at building exceptional service staff teams and providing outstanding Member Hospitality. We are thrilled for her to bring her valuable skills and winning personality to the Canyon this summer. Aaron Hinkelmann will be taking Haley’s position at the Meadow and assisting Chad Mason in running the Meadow facility. Aaron grew up in Wisconsin but has been working in Flagstaff for the last 5 years in the hospitality industry. Aaron is a seasoned F&B manager who has a depth of experience in our profession. We look forward to having him join our team this summer. In addition, we have also hired a new Banquet and Event Manager, Colin Baccus. Colin joins us from Telluride, Colorado where he held many hospitality positions including several years at the Telluride Ski & Golf Club. Colin has recently moved back to Arizona to be closer to his family. Colin will be assisting Karen Harting with executing all of our catering events and special functions.

Dining reservations can ONLY be made one week in advance. This gives everyone the same opportunity to make a reservation each week and prevents someone from creating season long reservations.
