LEADERSHIP

IN MEMORIAM Keith Oswald

Recommend Club to Others - Ninety-three (93%) percent of respondents agree or strongly agree they would recommend membership in the Club to others, compared to an average of 81% at other clubs. Sixty-seven (67%) percent of respondents strongly agree they would recommend membership to others, which is 21 percentage points above the average of 46% at other clubs. Potential Future Improvements - Respondents were asked to rate the importance of a variety of potential future improvements. The highest priority potential improvements to members are those rated important by majorities of all respondents:

Prioritizing Infrastructure & Funding – Not surprisingly, seventy (70%) percent of respondents agree or strongly agree that Forest Highlands should prioritize investing in water and wastewater infrastructure while only 8% disagree, even if this means delaying other capital improvements. Forty-nine (49%) percent of respondents would prefer to pay for needed improvements by paying a monthly capital payment, while 51% would prefer that all or a portion of any funding program include an assessment. We will continue to highlight the results of the survey over the next several months. Be sure to read the March VIP for more in-depth results related to the survey questions on General Club Operations and the Clubhouse Facilities.
