You will have the opportunity to schedule on a one-time basis, but we will not be accepting emergency calls. Snow Removal service will be by appointment only, and you will not be guaranteed a spot by the time requested. $85/hour with an hour minimum every time we clear your driveway.
If you would like a path to your front door cleared for a Security House watch, it will be $35/hour with a one-hour minimum.
Please allow 24 - 48 to acquire availability for your request. Forest Highlands Recreation cannot fill concierge requests within 24 hours.

CONCIERGE FEES All Concierge Service charges are payable through your membership account. Please do not pay cash to Concierge Staff. CANCELLATIONS/BOOKING There will be a half charge if the reservation is NOT canceled 12 hours before the reserved service time. All requests MUST be submitted 24-48 hours in advance to ensure proper staffing.
DAY OF CONCIERGE FEE Any requests that are met with less than 24 hours notice will incur a “Day of Request Fee”
