EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE GALA A GALA…SOUNDS FANCY. WHAT DO I WEAR? We know how casual everyone is up here. But this is the Foundation’s 25th anniversary! We hope you’ll consider cocktail attire for this event. Ties for gentlemen are optional.

Bidding on auction items is really where this system shines. This year you’ll be able to see the silent auction items online and bid using your mobile device. Silent auction bidding will open about a week before the Gala and conclude the evening of the Gala, July 13. You’ll be able to track bidding on items you’re really interested in to make sure you don’t miss out. It’s easy and it’s slick. You’ll be receiving more information about the silent auction later via email. CAN I PUT THIS ON MY CLUB CHARGE…. REGISTRATION AND AUCTION BIDDING? Unfortunately, no. When you register via the secure GiveSmart link, it will ask you for a credit card to which your dinner registration will be charged. Similarly, if you wish to participate in the silent or live auction, your credit card must be entered in advance. If you are a silent or live auction bid winner, your card will be automatically charged. No need to follow-up separately with payment. It’s a seamless, secure and accurate system. HOW MUCH IS IT TO ATTEND? Ticket prices are $325 per person.

SOUNDS LIKE FUN…AND A WORTHY CAUSE. WHEN CAN I REGISTER? Registration opened June 1 so you can register now. You should have received an invitation via email with a registration link to GiveSmart, an online fundraising management system. And you’ll want to register as soon as possible. Past Foundation dinners have sold out quickly. Seating is limited to only 180 guests. REGISTERING ON GIVESMART? THIS IS SOMETHING NEW….. GiveSmart is a comprehensive fundraising tool that allows us to integrate event registration and auction bidding in a secure and efficient platform. No need to follow-up for your table number. This will be communicated to you on your smart phone. When you arrive, an easy online self-check-in via your phone lets us know you’re here so no standing in registration lines.
