Security monitors 911 dispatches and responds to emergencies inside the community for the purpose of supporting emergency first responders, members, guests, and employees.
SECURITY DEPARTMENT STATISTICS Each month Security Department staff receive, respond, and answer a wide variety of phone calls, reports, incidents, alarms activations, and medical emergencies while providing around-the-clock availability/assistance to anyone working, living, or visiting Forest Highlands. Below is a snapshot for the month of August 2023 on a few items the Security Department responded to: • Burglary/Fire/Gas/Low Temperature/Flood/Trouble/AC Power Failure alarms: 143
• Phone calls in/out of the Gatehouse: 3651 • Recorded entries by Gatehouse Staff entering community through attendant lane: 9768 • Guests added by Security Staff: 1278
