CHILDREN/ TEEN POLICY

No children under 10 years of age are permitted in the fitness center. Children aged 10-12 must be under direct supervision and may only use the cardio equipment, bands, balls, light weights, and stretching area. No heavy weights.
NEW Teen Policy in the Fitness Center
To ensure that our teens are using the equipment safely, individuals aged 13-16 years old must attend a free 30 min fitness center orientation with a personal trainer. Teens can drop in to any orientation scheduled on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 10:30am. We will be keeping track of who has done the orientation, using a list and a wristband system.
