implementing USGA recommendations.The Greens Committee will be hosting a BBQ on May 10th, 2024, at the Canyon Course Maintenance Center to appreciate the Agronomy Team and share details on the Top 100 By 2027 Mission. Some of the more specific areas the leaders are finishing up on: Miguel Parra and his team are working on the road repair projects which are scheduled to be done in May. There has been great progress in refurbishing the patio and golf furniture, window cleaning, street sweeping, and trail maintenance has been planned.The Utilities Department is focused on preparing the wastewater treatment plant, the collection system, and water distribution system. There was a slight delay in the 300k gallon influent tank due to the application approval process, but it is not holding up any work with the potable water tank construction. The Meadow Clubhouse/Recreation Center Audio/Visual Project has been successfully completed. Progress on the Tennis Pavilion Project is impressive! We anticipate completion by the end of May, with hopes of opening the court to Members as soon as they are done with the resurfacing. The Restroom Pavilion Project also had some enhancements which we are excited for. Lastly, the WWT Structure Roof Repair Project is nearing completion and is expected to finish within the next few weeks. This will be a busy season, and we will include as many events as possible in the Calendar of Events. NOTICE OF JOINT ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS Sunday, June 2, 2024 • 3pm Canyon Clubhouse Pursuant to the bylaws of The Forest Highlands Association, a quorum of 25 Members other than members of the Board of Directors is required for the meeting. There are no ballot issues or matters to be voted upon at the Annual Meeting other than approval of the minutes. Therefore, absentee ballots are not being solicited for this meeting.
