FOREST HIGHLANDS DINING OPTIONAL GRATUITY POLICY There are no service charge fees on food and beverage purchases in any of our food outlets. The service staff is paid a sufficient hourly rate that does not require being supplement by additional gratuities. The optional gratuity line will remain on the chits for those members who feel that exceptional service warrants a specific server to receive a tip that is over and above their hourly wage, however it is entirely optional and not expected.”

2024 EVENT REGISTRATIONS • Registration for the BBQs, the Taste of Forest Highlands, and the majority of our 2024 events will open on Friday, May 3 at 9am. • The Taste of Forest Highlands will only accept member reservations on May 3. Guest reservations will open Friday, May 10 at 9am. • Registration for Chef Eddie’s Cooking Classes will open 30 days prior to the event date.
