GUEST DAY RESULTS
UPCOMING EVENTS ADVANCE TEE TIME (ATT) PROGRAM Every Membership account will have 2 Advance Tee Time requests which can be made during the 2022 golf season.The ATT program allows members to request a Friday, Saturday or Sunday tee time up to 14 days in advance, by email rather than Foretees. The Pro Shop will reserve 10 tee times per day for this program, (5 at Canyon, 5 at Meadow) Friday 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm and 2:00pm. Saturday and Sunday at the Canyon 1:30 shotgun, Saturday and Sunday at the Meadow 12:40 (2), 1:10 (2), 2:00 (1) double tee start.
UPCOMING EVENTS Requests can only be made via email to: golf@fhgc.com beginning at 7am sharp, 14 days or less in advance of the requested tee time. The request must list all 4 full names and identify status of each player - ie outside guest, immediate family guest, immediate family, etc. and must include AT LEAST ONE GUEST'S NAME. May 18 Men’s Guest Day at Canyon May 18 Men’s Guest Day at Meadow
May 19 Ladies’ Guest Day at Canyon If more requests are received than available ATTs, a waitlist will be created using the email timestamp. If ATTs remain available at the 7day mark, they will be opened to the entire membership on Foretees. FURTHER DETAILS & CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an ATT is reserved, it may be cancelled up to 7 days before the date of play and released to the waitlist/Foretees system and be used again at another time. Season Long beginning May 30 Men’s, Ladies’ and Men’s Team Match Play June 8 - 10 Couple’s Invitational If the ATT is cancelled or guest names are replaced with members between 1 and 7 days, the ATT is considered used. On the day of play any changes from Guest to member will result in the member being charged an Unaccompanied Guest Fee of $150 per player changed. This should keep the ATT requests limited to those who deem it especially important.
