If you were unable to attend the Annual Meeting, the annual report that was presented is available for your review on the member website. Unfortunately we experienced technical difficulties with the recording so in the near future we will release a podcast with a recap of the meeting discussion. In addition to a review of the financial results for 2021 and year-to-date through April 30, 2022, one of the main highlights of the meeting was an update on capital projects that have been completed in 2022, those still pending and those currently under consideration in the next 1-5 years. The Memorial Day BBQ was well attended with approximately 850 members, family and guests. The weather was nearly a bit cooler and windier than hoped with even a drop or two of rain, however the food was outstanding, and the games and music were a hit. It was truly an exceptional way to kick off the summer! Other exciting things to look forward to in June include the Couples Invitational and the Member-Member, the Taste of Forest Highlands wine and food festival, Daou Wine Dinner, shuttle service to the Flagstaff Farmer’s Market downtown, Family Movie in the Park, Callaghan Soccer Camps for the kids, and of course celebrating all the Dad’s on Father’s Day! “Here’s to all the Dads, the Step-Dads, the Foster Dads, the Solo Dads, the Dads to Be, the Should Be Dads, the Moms that are also Dads, and those without Dads – Thank you for all you do!”
