o Catering & Special Events - Catering beat its budget with $46,000 but looks really high because of the way the Taste of Forest Highlands revenue was coded so there is an additional $92,000 in that category. Food sales are doing good, and liquor is down slightly but overall doing well. o Food Truck - Doing well with Sunday being the best sales of the weekend, however the check average is also the highest as more expensive options are offered on Sundays for the Smokey in the Pines theme night. o Bagels - The concern last month with June being down in sales has balanced back out with some regulars of the cafe being back in town. o Meadow - Covers are substantially up, take out is up about 40%, burger night, seafood night and pizza night are all up about 15% each. o Meadow Pool - Liquor is up 30% and many compliments with the barbeque being available on the weekends on the pool deck. The soft serve machine has been out for a few days, but it doesn’t seem to have impacted ice cream sales. o Meadow Sandtrap - Everything is looking good, nothing to report. • Upcoming Events-

differently for this year from previous years to better track revenue versus expenses and use wine sales to help subsidize the incurred expenses for that day. ▪ Revenue looks good in almost all areas for the month of June. ▪ Food cost is doing great at 38.7%. ▪ Liquor cost is a little high but expected to pick that back up in July. ▪ The employee benefits line got paid out in a different month last year, but that line is budgeted monthly to even out over the course of the year.
