FH F&B DRESS GUIDELINES Come Dressed & Ready to Work!
The staff is the main reason Forest Highlands is so successful. For this reason, the professional appearance of our staff is of the utmost importance. We should all take great pride in the way we represent Forest Highlands. Your personal appearance should always reflect a professional image. FULL UNIFORM: polo/dinner shirt, black pants, long black socks, black dress shoes, clean apron, server book, at least three pens, your nametag, and a wine key.

Uniformed Staff Good grooming is an expectation and includes clean hair and nails and basic hygiene.
All Service staff is provided colored polo shirts and appropriate dinner service shirts. These shirts are to be kept clean and without wrinkles. They are ALWAYS worn tucked in. All Service staff provides their own shoes. Black dress shoes are required. No canvas shoes or sneakers but certain boots are acceptable. Shoes should always be polished and in good repair. Canyon/Meadow Staff: Polo or Dinner Shirt (depending on time of day), Black Dress Slacks, Black Shoes, Black Belt (if you pants have belt loops) and long Black Socks (ONLY) , Black Apron (White colored or patterned socks are not appropriate for either clubhouse) Snackbar/Pool: Mid-thigh length khaki shorts or black slacks, polo shirt and clean sneakers (no vans, converse, etc) Dining Staff are provided with one Apron. Another one may be purchased for $I2.50. They need to be kept clean and never to be in disrepair. Pants should be pressed, cleaned, and without tears or rips. Cargo style pants are not appropriate. Pleats or no pleats are fine. Pants should reach to the shoes, but not drag on the floor. Baggy pants are not appropriate attire and belts should always be worn if pants have belt loops.
Name tags must be worn at all times. Uniforms should be worn in their entirety.
