Hosts & Supervisors Good grooming is an expectation and includes clean hair and nails and basic hygiene.

HAIR: Should be pulled back if it is long enough. Hair should never be in the face during service. Women may wear a headband to keep any loose hair from their face but they should be thin in width with no embellishment. Men may have facial hair if they begin the season with it and must be trimmed and groomed at all time. Facial hair may not be grown during the season. JEWLERY: Must be worn in moderation. Nose studs are allowed but nose hoops are not acceptable. Earrings may not reach lower that 1" below the ear lobe and be either neutral in color or subtle in appearance. Necklaces are limited to a small pendant. Gauges and costume jewelry are prohibited. NAIL POLISH: Nail polish must be neutral/subtle in color (no bright or neon colors) and must not be chipped.
All clothing should be cleaned, pressed, and appropriately tailored.
All shirts should have sleeves buttoned and buttoned one from the top. (Bartenders, barbacks and expos are permitted to roll their sleeves three times.) Shoes should be polished and in good conditions. Open toe shoes are appropriate in career styles such as sling backs or dress sandals. Stilettos, high heels, canvas, flip flops, sneakers, and slides are not appropriate.
Undergarments are required.
Skirts and dresses must be no shorter than the end of your finger tips.
Necklines and hemlines should reflect our professional image. Backless and crop tops are not appropriate. Shoulders and midriff should be covered. Low cut tops showing cleavage is also not appropriate.
Denim is not appropriate unless otherwise noted.
Men should wear dress shirts and dress slacks. Fine-gauge knitwear in polo or crew neck styling is acceptable during weekdays. Body piercings and body art may not be appropriate. Consult with your department head for more clarification.
Employees are excepted to be in full uniform at all times unless specified otherwise such as a special event. Uniform and special attire should neither be distracting nor offensive to members and fellow employees. We will address any employee whose attire does meet these guidelines. If you have any questions regarding your appearance or any personal concerns about these guidelines, please seek assistance from your Manager.
