Observe all emergency, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Always arrive 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled shift.
Report and correct, if possible, any safety hazard.
Always have a clean pressed uniform.
Report any maintenance or pest control problems.
Always have a neat appearance.
Know and follow schedule change/request guidelines.
Always restock as necessary and do side work completely.
Inform a manager at least 4 hours before your shift when calling in sick.
Help keep dining room clear of dirty trays.
Always check your tables before and during the shift.
Always follow clock-in procedures and selecting the correct job codes.
Always practice the Forest Highlands Personal Conduct Code.
Always attend all scheduled meetings.
Show a positive attitude and are a positive influence on those around you.
Always know your work schedule.
Always practice teamwork and servant- leadership.
Assist other departments in serving members when necessary.
