Defined as: The use of all our service methods in order to give excellent service to our members.

Performance is competent when you:

Always acknowledge members within 1 minute of being seated. Actively greet members, *SMILE*, make eye contact and speak clearly in a friendly manner. Always use the members name whenever possible. (At least 3 times). Always clear extra settings and glasses before taking orders. Always serve beverages within 5 minutes after they are ordered.

Always place the order within 2 minutes of taking the order. Always describe Chefs Features thoroughly and with the price given.

Always try to accommodate member requests (unless we can't provide it in timely manner) Take the orders for ladies, then children, then men. Know and use position numbers and table numbers. Always repeat orders and the member number back to member after taking them. Write orders clearly on order pad. Enter order in P.O.S.

Always practice suggestive selling techniques.

Always practice good "Table Presence"

i.e. always *SMILE* , alert posture and maintain eye contact.

Always try to accommodate member requests (unless we can't provide it in timely manner
