Amenity Usage – Why is this so important
F&B is consistently the most used amenity offered at a club. Regardless of member type/category, every, member has access to food and beverage outlets. When considering member’s life cycle economics, thi nk of a bell curve regarding sports amenity usages. As members age, their usage in sports decreases but they will continue to use the club for social aspects and dining. F&B is an amenity with little restrictions to all members regardless of age or mem ber category.
