2024 Forest Highlands House Committee

Sapphire Valley Case Study

• We took the club with the highest Member NPS score we’ve ever surveyed and ran linear regressions on their discrete, member-by-member F&B Variables against F&B Overall Satisfaction. • Like the large dataset, Food Quality showed the strongest linear relationship, with all variables being significant towards F&B Overall Satisfaction. • Surprisingly, Overall Service was low, illustrating differences can exist by club and membership. • Running all variables in a multivariable regression on F&B Satisfaction yielded and R Squared of .82, with only Food Quality, Menu Variety and Menu Rotation being significant
