1. AV Project Meadow- $89,000 •
Flagstaff Sight & Sound: This would be for a new company to take over the entire audio-visual system at the Meadow Clubhouse areas. This would cover the Pool, Rec Center, Gym, Pro Shop, and dining areas. • This would help offset some of the ongoing repair expenses with the existing system and get all the areas currently not working to function again. • There are certain portions of the Immedia/Old system for audio controls that are not functioning properly. So, they not only need to update the older RTI portion of the audio system but additional Immedia components will need to be replaced to get the system back up and running at full capacity. • We would also add direct tv boxes for the Gym to prevent sharing issues with the Bar & Lounge area. • We would also add a home theater for the Rec center Multi Purpose room.
