The Meadows dining room is very loud - any way to make it quieter?
The one thing both restaurants are missing is “bread”. A wafer thing slice of noble bread doesn’t cut it. If we have a steak, we would like a dinner roll. When there is italian food, we would like italian bread or garlic bread. If there is Mexican food, we should have chips. Management should revisit the pricing of the ice cream at the Meadow Peaks Cafe. My kids have ordered "double scoop" ice cream and the order that was received cost $6 and was a very tiny scoop of ice cream. I suggest either the ice cream prices decrease or the portions of the ice cream being served increase.
Offer a basic menu like a Pasta dish with a salad
I think you closed the Canyon dinning too soon. Meadow was full with wait list on 10/14
1. At Friday cool down, I'd suggest the staff not clean and move tables so early will members are still enjoying the evening...makes it seems like they want to clock out early. Should be done later in evening. Witnessed that several times. They chat and move around while we still socializing. 2. Mgt does a good job adjusting to demands over the years with growth and costs...I know it is hard training seasonal staff but a few times people would ask for food to wrap up to go and it was thrown away when asked where it was. No biggie just an observation. 3. Better fries. ha Small food menu at both bars during in between times of lunch and dinner service Keep Canyon dinner service open until end of October. Create a better system for Cool Down ordering. Get rid of outdated raffle tickets. Use a QR app linked with Member numbers. Same can be used for Taste of FH. Less food stations for the three holiday events and lower prices. Have Chef Fred bring back his wonderful Tandoori chicken with the Saag side .... we missed it at the Meadow dining room.

Less bacon & more vegetarian options
Appears to me that the staff are willing to work but have not been trained on what to do. On numerous occasions the Meadow shop at the turn was closed when the course was pretty full. Numerous times the bar was not staffed when there were 20-30 members/guests coming off the course and wanting service (after almost every Friday game). See above.
Please add decent vegetarian options to all menus
Miss the grill night from previous years
See above. Improve canyon dining and upgrade meadow patio. Compete with outdoor dining at other locations.
We suggest no more caps in the Meadows. There is absolutely no need to wear caps in any dining room. Also, the foul language and loud behavior at the Meadows bar with the golfers on Friday evening is unacceptable. That needs to change. It deters us from bringing our grandchildren to the club on Fridays. More variety more GF options more consistency with what’s offered where.
