In general, I thought the food experience across all venues was an improvement over prior year. Congratulations! I think "quick" lunch offerings could be improved, but especially appreciate the faster service at lunch. -Bring back onion rings to the pool :) -Offer more dairy free options at the pool (an almond milk or oat milk base is very affordable and would be nice option other than the sorbet. -consider popsicles

Complete overhaul of food and beverage,in my opinion. If your chefs and DR managers can't agree on menu changes, improved efficiency on taking reservations to meet kitchen capacity, staffing head counts, etc...CHANGE the STAFF!

More food choices , less expense

Long term I believe we need to upgrade the canyon dining room to decrease the noise and improve the ambiance. I am not talking about a tear down and rebuild, but a remodel that allows us to hear our own table and possibly allows us to see our excellent cook staff. V e r y expensive for not having a good food menu. Every event is primarily focused on ALCOHOL. Not everyone drinks alcohol. The FOOD is important for nonalcoholic drinkers. The barbecues are way too extravagant. We are celebrating American holidays with an extensive international menu. We need simpler menus with healthy favorites. Get rid of the chef and his need to impress with his culinary talents. Staffing Meadow to accommodate bigger events; the dinner is great!, but the hours leading up to it sometimes makes it very difficult to get drinks or service while playing golf

We understand about inflation, but prices (especially at the Canyon) seem very high

Had lunch once at the pool - caeser salad was floating in dressing, had I not had guests, or, someone had asked how everything was, I would have sent it back Canyon dining room needs an upgrade Canyon menu needs an overhaul
