More basis options. Better value for food. Seems like staffing is very inconsistent. Sometimes no one or 1 person, and then other times 4 or more. Like Meadow bar with 1 person and Food truck with 4. I've seen staff on multiple occasions at Food Truck playing games to the side because so bored. Even during busiest times, seems like one person to take orders and one to prepare them is plenty. We eat breakfast before 8am, so offering breakfast starting at 8am or 8:30am during Member-Guest events is too late - we've already eaten. We often go into town to restaurants simply because not open here yet. Healthier, gluten free options. Better tea and drink, zero sugar free options none alcohol…not everyone drinks.
Have bagels available on sunday
Chef Eddie outdid himself this year in regards to the Memorial Day and Lavoe Day BBQ's. (We were out of town for July 4) The food and choices were wonderful. May I make a suggestion for Pastabilities at the Meadow. We thoroughly enjoy them. I wish you would bring back the soup and salad and dessert buffet instead of having to ask for it. We also loved having the pizza available with all our choices on stands. Thank you. Menu changes through the season would be great. Once we’ve eaten at either restaurant during the season the base menu gets repetitive. The specials have been lovely!! But - you must keep staples like the pot pie and meatloaf!
Some kind of offering between lunch and dinner. To have nothing available between 3 - 5:30 is not acceptable. Eddie try’s w
Sorry to see the food truck go, it will be missed
More quality and healthy choices, especially for kids.
I couldn't find another way to communicate to the dining management so I am using the survey. Yesterday afternoon, three of us visited the canyon bar and ordered a bottle of champagne and some starters. Overall, the service was deplorable. While pleasant, our waitress was a mess. She insisted on filling our champagne flutes to the very top which took FOREVER because of the high altitude. In the process, she spilled over the sides of the flutes consistently. She asked if we wanted an ice bucket for the champagne and we said yes. A good 15 minutes later she came by and we had to remind her about the bucket. We ordered starters and made it very clear that my adult daughter has a serious allergy to avocado. She assured us there was none but said she would convey that to avoid any cross contamination. Well guess what? The one dish had guacamole piled on each piece. The other dish we ordered was the wings and she suggested we get the fried and baked wings, so we did. The fried wings were fine but the baked ones were so pale and unattractive that they looked as if they were just boiled instead of baked. When I was eating the baked wings, I notice that they were still raw in the center. Icing on the cake, my daughter and I (who ate the wings) were both sick with food poisoning... I was worse as I Would love to see whole grain bagels. Really can’t find things to change, maybe lighter desserts that aren’t heavy chocolate.
Instead of food trucks offer more grab and grow or order out healthy options from Meadows
FH is still losing way too much money on food and beverage. We don't need fancy food here, just healthy simple food.
Offer small plates and more variety in soups
With labor increases, is it essential to have so many F&B outlets and staff just standing around?
food seemed even better this year. one thing that gauls me is that we have to pay for bread, especially $1.00 for a tiny piece of bread. talk about nickle and diming us!!!! Everything is very carby/high sugar. The smokehouse would be much better if everything wasn’t drenched in sugary sauce. Not enough fresh, real food options for my taste. I would grab meal salads/bowls every day if
