Others Present: Kurt Martin

Items Under Consideration and/or for Board Information ● Should dogs be allowed on the new Meadow patio? Perhaps just during a specific time period? Left for future discussion. ● Mark Thomas is working on a history of the Stonehouse to go in the VIP as it is always being compared to other Club’s comfort stations. The Stonehouse is historically significant to the area

and community. Mark will communicate with the board on further details. ● We will look into selling pints to go at the Meadow Ice Cream Shoppe.

General Manager’s Report ● Golf Courses - The golf courses are now open, they sustained damage from the heavy winter snow that had to be cleaned up but are now looking good. ● Security Director Position - Jim Barquin has resigned his position as security director and applications for the position are being accepted at this time. So far, 15 applicants have applied. The decision on a new director will hopefully be made by the middle of June.

Food and Beverage Director’s Report ● Canyon

○ Returning of staff is the biggest benefit this year. There are many returning managers, service staff and kitchen staff. ○ The Canyon is often at dining capacity on the weekends. Friday of opening weekend saw 100 covers. The dining room sells out every Friday and online reservations have to be turned off. The reservation staff is going to start “reservation reminders”, telling diners that a typical reservation is two hours. Hopefully this will “turn” the table faster so more members can dine. The Canyon takes twelve covers every 15 minutes. Reservation do not reserve a table, they reserve a specific time. This helps control the flow of orders to the kitchen. ○ Lunch Menu - Will change monthly, and will change soups more often. There will always be a lunch special. A house committee member suggested that The specials be texted out
