Items Under Consideration and/or for Board Information: • GM Report - Season is going fast but smoothly, lots of positive feedback from the

membership. The position of Director of Security has officially been fulfilled by Joe Gordon. Kurt Martin will assist with the transition while looking to promote within for the position of Assistant Director of Security. Pickelball officially opened on Monday, June 19th, even though the inside office isn’t quite ready, the courts are ready to be played. Landscaping for the Pickelball court will probably continue through the middle of July. It was also noted that the front gate shouldn’t have any back-up issues of vehicles due to the new facility. • Dog Friendly Patio – Discussed how member’s dogs can fight amongst themselves along other safety issues. There was a proposition of perhaps having a time of the day where dogs are allowed on the patio however, it was decided that would be too hard on the staff to regulate and control. Motion of a dog friendly patio was denied. Will send out a “rules reminder” in the VIP as to why dogs are not allowed on the patios. • Pints of Ice Cream - Pints of ice cream will be available at the Meadow Pool to take to go. • Golf Cart Specials - Some technically difficulties in the beginning but at the Canyon, daily specials and the soup of the day will pop on Hole 16 or 17. F&B created a special menu template that is sent to Golf and they upload it to the carts. The Canyon is live and still working on getting the Meadow going. • Memorial Day Weekend - Both Dining Rooms were very busy. The Canyon set a record of over 200 covers on that Saturday of that weekend, went very well. $11,000 in sales from the Cool Down that day alone. 1,004 people at the Memorial Day BBQ, almost 300 kids registered the day of the BBQ. There was some feedback from last year that food would get cold when it was all plated and grab yourself. This year, some layout changes were put in effect by making the food to order and grab yourself - added 4 burger grill stations, one giant condiment station in addition to a Chef Eddie “Action Station.” Started sending out surveys after big holiday events to get some feedback on how to improve in the future, such as disbursement of garbage cans, lack of service on the north side of the driving range, however overall positive feedback from the Memorial Day BBQ. • Event Wristbands - Discussed how members have abused wristbands at certain events - ie: 1 person can buy a wristband and feed their whole family by continuing to get food from food stations and feeding everyone. It was also discussed that people transfer wristbands, how can we control the entry of these big events? Tighter wristbands, bar codes or stamps were proposed as solutions. This puts staff in a tough position of “policing” members and guests, it was decided that it was minimal number of people actually doing this and is collateral damage of hosting such a big event. It is too hard to control all attendees at such large events. We will
